Data Controller: Solfrid Bøhler

General

Your online security is important to me as the operator of Solfrid Bøhler ENK. Therefore, providing personal information is voluntary.

If you participate in a course with me, I will need to store some data about you to enable your course participation. The information I store is processed in accordance with privacy laws and is deleted once the purpose of storage and processing has ended. This means that when your course is over, I will delete your data unless you wish for me to keep it for the next course session.

I do not sell your information to anyone. However, I will add you to an email list so I can send you information about future courses or books.

Like all online businesses, I use cookies—or "crumbs," if you prefer. These are small files automatically stored in your browser and help with various tasks, such as remembering URLs, autofilling forms, and similar functions.

Our third-party providers are as follows:

systeme.io

systeme.io is my main tool and the platform you are currently on. Here, your email address is stored so you can participate in the course, and I can send you updates.

Read systeme.io's privacy policy here.

Stripe

Stripe is my payment processor, so when you pay for a course, Stripe handles your payment data. Your information is stored with me until the payment is processed.

Read more about Stripe’s privacy policy here.

Your Rights

Privacy law is your law. It is the law that protects your personal data and information.

Your right to privacy is outlined in a set of rights that businesses are obligated to facilitate.

The most important ones are:

- Right to Access

You have the right to request access to any information a business has stored about you at any time.

- Right to Correction

You have the right to correct information stored about you if you believe it presents an unfair or incorrect view of you.

- Right to Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your information at any time, if the purpose of storage has ended or you believe the information was obtained without your consent.

All businesses are obligated to respect user rights unless it affects national security or an ongoing legal case.

The information should be provided to you in an accessible format and within 14 business days (with some exceptions) after a request. In cases of deletion requests, the business is required to notify any third parties who have also stored the information.

Contacy

Do you have questions regarding the privacy policy, or would you like to request access, deletion, or correction?
